About PDV Salt

  • Pure dried vacuum salt that is a high purity and free flowing.
  • Manufactured by evaporating purified brine under vacuum prior to being dried and packed / loaded for delivery.
  • Conforms to BS EN 973:2009 – Chemicals used for treatment of water intended for human consumption – Sodium chloride for regeneration of ion exchangers
  • Used as a water softener to reduce lime scale build-up.
  • >99.4% purity.
  • Contains anti-caking agent E535 to avoid lumping.
