2M Group Ltd operate a group Corporate & Social Responsibility (CSR) Policy in order to achieve a holistic approach for determining the impacts of its decisions and activities, including products, services and process on society and the environment through transparent and ethical behaviour.

The main role of every line manager in the 2M Group is to achieve results and improve the performance and capability of people and processes to ensure continued successful growth and profitability of the business. Hence, it is extremely important that Personal Performance Management meetings are held between managers and their staff to develop their capability and motivate them to improve their performance and fully contribute to the company’s success. The Personal Performance Management process and documentation provides support to managers to effectively hold reviews with their staff in order to agree business and personal development objectives, and to more regularly discuss and record achievements regarding their development and performance.
The Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998 protects employees who raise legitimate concerns about specified matters from being dismissed by the Company or from being subjected to detrimental treatment or victimised by either the Company or work colleagues as a result, provided certain criteria are met.
The 2M Group has a zero tolerance approach to modern slavery and is committed to acting ethically and with integrity and transparency in all of its business dealings and relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place anywhere within either its own business or in any of its supply chains, consistent with its obligations under the Modern Slavery Act 2015. 2M Group also expects the same high standards from all its suppliers, contractors and other business partners and, as part of its contracting processes, it includes specific prohibitions against the use of modern slavery and expects that its suppliers will in turn hold their own suppliers to the same standards.

It is committed to promoting and maintaining the highest level of ethical standards in relation to all its business activities. Its reputation for maintaining lawful business practices is of paramount importance and this Policy is designed to preserve these values. The Company therefore has a zero-tolerance policy towards bribery and corruption and is committed to acting fairly and with integrity in all its business dealings and relationships and implementing and enforcing effective systems to counter bribery.
